Retrieves a list of communities available in the system for use as search filters.
Communities represent geographic areas, neighborhoods, or developments where properties are located.

This endpoint provides community names and basic information suitable for:

• Property search filters and dropdowns
• Location-based property browsing
• Geographic organization of property listings

Use the returned community names as filter parameters in Property/List endpoints
to search for properties within specific communities or neighborhoods.

Example communities: "Ocean View Resort", "Downtown District", "Beachfront Villas"
