Retrieves communities with both names and unique identifiers for advanced property filtering.
This endpoint provides more detailed community information including internal IDs that can be
used with the Property/ListSimplified endpoint for precise location-based searches.

Use this endpoint when you need:

• Community IDs for API calls requiring specific identifiers
